Watch for PHP changes

Vast majority of all WP development is changes to PHP+CSS, this feature is desperately needed as without it live reload is only 50% effective. It's a real stopper to make three changes to CSS, see the updates, then realize one change is needed to PHP and you're waiting for the reload...oh yeah, never gonna happen let me switch apps and manually refresh a browser and then go back to my code again. Huge disappointment to find this out after purchasing a year long Pro license.
I personally find myself reverting to using to using the live reload feature of Prepros at certain points in development because of how crazy it is that Local will refresh CSS but not PHP (Prepros does both). Unfortunately Prepros also causes some compatibility issues with Local, and I'd so rather not use it at all and have this juggling act.
