for theme development and upgrades, it is unnecessary to push or pull uploads and wp files. Local is good for initial development, but the ability to push just the theme would be great. Currently have to worry about overwriting uploads, etc.
I have learned since posting this that you can just select the theme only when pushing, but I do think there could be a better / safer integration method
