Install Local in USB or Portable drive

I work on different machines and sometimes being able to bring Local with me in my flash drive to places without internet connection is vital as writer. Please allow me to install this on a USB drive. This also allows encryption for confidential documents and such.

This might be tricky to pull off given that it requires running admin-level server services like PHP, MySQL and NGINX.
Can I ask what systems you are using? Are they all one OS or does it vary?
For the places without an internet connection -- what does that look like? Is it someplace like a cafe or a public workstation at a library?
